The ANNUAL PAROCHIAL CHURCH MEETING (APCM) and the Annual Meeting of Parishioners (AMP) will take place on Sunday 10th May after the Sunday morning Mass.

The APCM is the meeting which receives the Annual Report of the PCC, the Annual Financial Accounts, and other reports on our church activities. It is also the meeting which elects members to serve on the PCC (Parochial Church Council) and our representatives to Deanery Synod.

The AMP is the meeting at which two Churchwardens will be elected to serve for the year 2026/7.

If you would like to seek appointment as a Churchwarden, member of the PCC, or as one of our representatives on the Deanery Synod please complete a nomination form, available at Back of Church or from Eleanor. Make sure your form is signed by a proposer and seconder, and then pop the nomination form into the box at Back of Church.

To be elected to the PCC, you must be aged 16 or over; an actual communicant member of the church, and (if you are aged 18 or over) your name must have been on the Electoral Roll for at least six months. To be elected Churchwarden you must be aged 21 or over, an actual communicant member, and your name must be on the church Electoral Roll.

ELECTORAL ROLL. The church Electoral Roll will be closed after Mass this Sunday in preparation for the APCM, and it will not then be possible to add your name to the Roll until after the APCM. This is not one of those years when the Roll has to be constructed afresh from scratch, so if your name is already on the Roll, don’t worry - it will stay on. Last minute application for membership of the Roll before it closes: forms at Back of Church or from Eleanor.
